All classes are taught by Paul McManus and provided by the Capistrano-Laguna ROP and Capistrano Adult School.

The fees are are between $29 and $59 and classes are small and full of labs and hands-on activities. With these programs the student receives a course of study that would cost thousands of $$$$ at a private institution.
